Taraweeh Prayer

The most anticipated month of the year for Muslims around the world is the holy month of Ramadan. Muslims always look forward to this special month and are deeply saddened when this month comes to an end. This is because of the blessings and rewards this special month brings.

One of the many things Muslims enjoy on a daily basis during this holy month is the night prayer otherwise known as the Taraweeh salah. This is the time of the night where Muslims have finished a busy day’s work, broken their fast and then end the day by making their way to their local mosques to stand before their Most Benevolent Lord and listen to the Glorious Qur’an being recited by a Hafiz (a person who has memorized the entire Glorious Qur’an by heart).

Since 2012, Al Hira Center has been delighted to offer this service to the local community of Isleworth and surrounding areas and it is very well attended. We manage to complete the recitation of the entire Glorious Qur’an on the 27th night of Ramadan.

This prayer is offered at 1-7 Beechwood Road, Luton LU4 8RR, United Kingdom. Click here for map and the public transport links.
